You might be wondering, why I am sharing these photos.Great question! Our daily lives and activities often tie closely into our careers. I’ve been an athlete since childhood and it’s something that’s shaped me into who I am today.I competed in the HYROX Team Relay this past weekend with some of my team members. Like at work, we had to strategize, optimize each other's strengths, and plan. When one of our teammates got injured, we had to pivot quickly to shift focus and relied on strong communication.There’s a lot of overlap between team sports and the workplace. Whether it’s competing in a race or working together on a project, shared values and teamwork are key. That’s why it’s so important to align your personal values with your company’s values. It’s how you truly thrive.For our HYROX relay team, we lived out some of MNP’s core values like One Firm, One Team, and "fun" is important or we performed to high-quality standards - to name a few.Finishing 3rd out of 41 teams at the first-ever Toronto HYROX was a proud moment!It was an incredible experience that reminded me how much success—whether in sports or in the workplace—comes from teamwork, resilience, and shared values. #teamwork #careers #passion #values #MNP

What a Success! Last week, we held the "Building High Performing Teams" workshop for our Oshawa office.I've seen this office grow over the past few years, and we wanted to continue that momentum as we strive for further growth. We already have a high-performing team, and it’s exciting to see how we can continue to develop together—both as individuals and as a cohesive unit.
